Queijo prato : ウィキペディア英語版 | Queijo prato Queijo prato ((:ˈkejʒu ˈpɾatu), literally "plate-shaped cheese", named after the shape it was originally made by the immigrants) is a Brazilian soft cheese, similar to the Danish cheese Danbo.
